IgniteVitalityLondon provides Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Wood Therapy, and related holistic body treatments designed to promote wellbeing and balance.
All treatments are non-medical and intended as a complementary therapy, not as a replacement for medical care.

2. Pre-Consultation Requirement

All new clients are required to complete a pre-consultation before booking any treatment.
This allows us to assess suitability, discuss your wellness goals, and identify any contraindications or medical concerns.
Only after this consultation will a booking be confirmed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide truthful and complete health information during pre-consultation and before each session.

Inform us immediately of any changes in health, medication, or wellbeing that may affect treatment.

Follow aftercare guidance provided by the therapist to achieve the best results.

IgniteVitalityLondon reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Bookings & Payments

Appointments can be scheduled following your pre-consultation.

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Full payment is due at or before the time of treatment.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

Refunds are not available for completed treatments.

IgniteVitalityLondon maintains a safe and respectful environment for all clients.
Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and future bookings may be refused.

Treatments will only be provided when deemed safe.
If you have a medical condition or are under medical supervision, please consult your GP before receiving a holistic treatment.
We may ask for written consent from your doctor in certain cases.

8. Disclaimer

All treatments offered are holistic and therapeutic, not medical.
Results may vary depending on individual circumstances.
IgniteVitalityLondon does not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure any health condition.

9. Liability

IgniteVitalityLondon and its practitioners will not be held responsible for:

Any injury, loss, or damage arising from undisclosed medical information.

Reactions or side effects not caused by negligence.

Personal property loss or damage during your visit.

By attending a treatment, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and with full understanding of the nature of the therapy.
