Cancellation Policy

CUSTOMER & REFUND POLICY Ignite Vitality London Effective Date: [1 /11/ 2025 At Ignite Vitality London, your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Each session is designed to help you restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with your body’s natural flow. To ensure every client enjoys the same care and attention, we kindly ask you to review our booking, cancellation, and refund policy below. This helps us maintain a calm and respectful experience for all. --- ✨ BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS All appointments must be pre-booked via our website or directly with Ignite Vitality London. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and may be subject to change. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message with all the details. --- 🌿 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We completely understand that plans can change. To respect both your time and ours, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If you need to reschedule, we’ll happily move your appointment (subject to availability) if notice is given within the required timeframe. --- 💧 REFUNDS Refunds are available only if an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. Packages, courses, or gift vouchers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with written consent. In the rare event that Ignite Vitality London must cancel your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. --- 🕯️ LATE ARRIVALS Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and complete any necessary forms. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to respect the next client’s time, and the full session fee will still apply. --- 🌸 RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Your safety, comfort, and dignity are always our priority. Ignite Vitality London reserves the right to refuse or end a treatment if: A client arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs. There is inappropriate behaviour, language, or conduct.
