Bookings & Payments
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or directly with Ignite Vitality London.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
Appointments can be rescheduled once (subject to availability) if notice is given within the required timeframe.

Refunds
Refunds are available only if the appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
Prepaid packages or gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written consent.
In the unlikely event that Ignite Vitality London cancels your appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for consultation and relaxation.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients, and the full fee will still apply.

Right to Refuse Service
Ignite Vitality London reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:
A client arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
There is any inappropriate behaviour or language.
A condition is disclosed that makes treatment unsafe to perform.
Your comfort and safety are our top priority.
